Hello everyone,

Once upon a time I worked for a long time with versions of ClarkConnect and CLearOS 5 and 6.
But I love the good old things :)
That's why I liked CLearOS 5 best: it's simple, small, fast, and light on resources.
So, yesterday I installed ClearOS 5.2 SP1 again and it exchanges mail perfectly via POP3/110 and SMTP/25.

However, mail using SSL is broken.
When receiving emails with the Sylheed email client, a fatal error occurs:

** LibSylph-WARNING: SSL_connect() failed with error 1, ret = -1 (error:0A00018A:SSL routines::dh key too small)
** LibSylph-WARNING: can't initialize SSL.

Is this issue likely due to outdated SSL certificates?

So I checked the "Certificate Manager" settings and saw that the date for "Signed Certificates" was very incorrect: Expires = June 21 1913

I don't understand why the date is so strange.
And since I don't understand anything about these mysterious SSL certificates, I tried several times at random to delete them and generate them again.
Unfortunately, this did not lead to success. I may have even corrupted other certificates.

I don't want to use the new versions of ClearOS because I like version 5 the best. 10 years ago it worked just great!

Friends, I ask you, please help me solve this annoying problem with certificates...

    Apparently no one knows why this problem occurred.

    Well, I'll have to install version 6.x.
